At Axis Staffing Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality staffing solutions tailored to meet your unique business needs. Due to the nature of our services, all fees paid for staffing, recruiting, or consulting services are non-refundable.

We invest significant time and resources into sourcing, vetting, and placing candidates to ensure the highest standards of service. As such, we do not offer refunds once a service agreement has been initiated or a placement has been made.

Please Note:

• Any concerns or issues regarding a placement will be addressed in accordance with the terms outlined in your service agreement.

• In certain cases, we may offer candidate replacements or additional support, depending on the service package selected.
